Freezer Meal Group

Hosted By Ashley Bennett at her home (8256 Imperial Oak)

Starting Thursday, January 23^rd at 9:00pm

Bring 10 prepared freezer meals (all the same meal) that are in disposable pans or bags to swap. 

Include the recipe and instructions for the meal and note if the meal includes raw ingredients.

Saturday 9:00am at the stake center

Childcare provided

Women's Volleyball

Every Tuesday at 9:00pm (all year)

No set teams, just a lot of fun!

Exercise Class

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00-10:00am at the Stake Center

Monday- strength training (bring a set of hand weights and a yoga, though there are some extras that you can use)

Wednesday- zumba

Friday- rotate between weights and zumba

Kids are welcome, they just play together in the gym

Temple Group

Oquirrh Mountain Temple

Tuesday, January 21^st at the 9:00am session

Thursday, January 23^rd ward temple night at the 7:00pm session

Thursday, January 23^rd at the 8:00pm session

Saturday, January 25^th at the 8:00am session
